Hi, I’m Courtni Doherty, a speech-language pathologist and the founder of Circle Creek Therapy. What began as a small dream in 2015 has grown into something truly extraordinary. Back then, it was just me, driving to kids’ homes after school and providing therapy wherever I could. Later that year, we opened our first 900 sq. ft. clinic space, with my mom running the front desk, managing billing, and helping take care of my newborn while I saw patients.

 

In 2018, we took a giant leap of faith and moved into a 3,450 sq. ft. clinic, remodeling the space to meet the growing needs of our patients. We expanded our services, adding occupational therapy and physical therapy alongside speech therapy. It felt big and a little overwhelming, but we knew it was the right thing to do. Parents were struggling to find local services and spending more time in their cars than in therapy sessions. We wanted to change that.

What I never could have imagined was how personal this journey would become. When my oldest son started having seizures at 13 months old, my husband, Stephen, and I found ourselves walking the path of parents raising a child with special needs. It gave us a whole new perspective and fueled our passion to help as many families as possible.

Today, Circle Creek Therapy is thriving beyond what we ever imagined. We’ve grown into a brand-new, expanded, 19,000 sq. ft. clinic space with over 40 incredible team members—including therapists, administrative staff, and our newly added behavioral health and counseling services. We serve children and adults alike, offering speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and behavioral health services all under one roof. Our team is passionate about creating a supportive, family-centered environment that makes therapy fun, practical, and empowering.
